Banff Rocky Mountain Resort, Banff

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were big and neat, but unfortunately, one didn't provide heat, and the service from the lady at the desk could have been more helpful. The location was great, away from downtown noise but close enough to drive there quickly. The dining options were limited; however, I found better choices in Banff. The service, despite some imperfections, was amazing.

The hotel offers a spacious room that, although not in the town center, is close enough for convenience. The fabric couch was disappointment, but the overall cleanliness was acceptable. The rural resort feel is a plus, yet the moldy smell and carpet condition are noticeable drawbacks.

Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The room, although close to noisy tourist buses at times, was exciting for the family, especially with the convenient kitchen for saving money on meals. The service was accommodating, friendly, and very helpful, making us feel welcomed. The location, while small and needing some updates, provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, close to nature and away from busy traffic. The dining options could be improved but allowed for flexibility, and the facilities were nice overall.

My stay at the hotel was really enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our 4-night stay. The service was very helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was just outside the town - quiet, but close by. Although the dining options were a bit spendy, the food was fabulous. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent value for money.

The hotel is not as spacious or quiet as it seemed in the pictures, and the rooms were a bit noisy too. However, the staff were welcoming and helpful despite the lack of major cleaning efforts.
