Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were big and neat, but unfortunately, one didn't provide heat, and the service from the lady at the desk could have been more helpful. The location was great, away from downtown noise but close enough to drive there quickly. The dining options were limited; however, I found better choices in Banff. The service, despite some imperfections, was amazing.
The hotel offers a spacious room that, although not in the town center, is close enough for convenience. The fabric couch was disappointment, but the overall cleanliness was acceptable. The rural resort feel is a plus, yet the moldy smell and carpet condition are noticeable drawbacks.
Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The room, although close to noisy tourist buses at times, was exciting for the family, especially with the convenient kitchen for saving money on meals. The service was accommodating, friendly, and very helpful, making us feel welcomed. The location, while small and needing some updates, provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, close to nature and away from busy traffic. The dining options could be improved but allowed for flexibility, and the facilities were nice overall.
My stay at the hotel was really enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our 4-night stay. The service was very helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was just outside the town - quiet, but close by. Although the dining options were a bit spendy, the food was fabulous. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent value for money.
The hotel is not as spacious or quiet as it seemed in the pictures, and the rooms were a bit noisy too. However, the staff were welcoming and helpful despite the lack of major cleaning efforts. The location is a little out of town but very quiet, and the dining options were not great and a bit expensive for the quality.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were warm, clean, and nicely furnished, though a bit tight for a family of three. The service was top-notch, with helpful and professional staff going out of their way to assist us. The location was convenient, just outside downtown Banff, offering a peaceful stay. However, the dining options were limited, and the smell in the location was not ideal.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room was decent, but it felt like stepping back in time to 15 years ago, and the lack of air conditioning made it very warm, relying only on a fan for ventilation. On the bright side, the room's privacy, being located at the back of the resort, was a nice touch.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. The location is convenient, although the dining could be improved. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.
The hotel is charming with Wolf-themed rooms at a good price, but the rooms can get quite hot making it difficult to sleep despite efforts to cool down. The mini fridge and coffee/tea pot in rooms are convenient perks.
The hotel is conveniently located just outside the busy townsite, making it a relaxing and stress-free spot after a busy day. The staff was accommodating and helpful, though some encounters were described as rude. The hotel offers a peaceful setting but is not ideal for those wanting easy access to downtown. Dining options were available but considered pricey by some. Overall, a reasonable choice if you prefer a quieter location away from the main hustle and bustle.
