My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were big and neat, but unfortunately, one didn't provide heat, and the service from the lady at the desk could have been more helpful. The location was great, away from downtown noise but close enough to drive there quickly. The dining options were limited; however, I found better choices in Banff. The service, despite some imperfections, was amazing.
